Justin Bieber Arrested During ATV Date With Selena Gomez, Charged With Assault

Justin Bieber can't seem to keep himself out of trouble.

Justin Bieber is in trouble with the law again.

Bieber, 20, was arrested on Friday, August 29, in Canada when an accident involving an ATV and a mini-van turned into a physical altercation between the driver of the ATV and an occupant in the mini-van, Ontario Provincial Police spokesman Kees Wijnands confirmed to ET.

Bieber was arrested and has been charged with two counts of criminal code offenses, dangerous driving and assault. He has since been released on a "promise to appear" and agreed to attend court in Stratford, Ontario Canada on September 29th.

Beiber was with his on-again/off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, 22, at the time.

"Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez' peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi," Bieber's legal team said in a statement to ET Tuesday. "This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Mr. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved."

On Sunday, Gomez posted a video on her Instagram of what appears to be her enjoying the scenery during a ride on an ATV.

Bieber and Gomez have reportedly been rekindling their romance in Bieber's hometown in Canada.

Bieber posted a pic of the two together on August 27, leading fans to speculate that the two are officially back together.

Kim Kardashian wore a jaw-dropping outfit to theGQ Men of the Year Awards on Sept. 2 in London. The reality star, 33, showed off her super-slim body in a high-waisted embellished sheer skirt with a front slit, paired with a black leather bustier bodysuit.

While the mom to North West, 14 months, stuck to her va-va-voom style, she switched things up from her go-to middle-parted straight hair. Instead, she showed off her shorter length with beachy waves in a side part.

Kardashian attended the event at the Royal Opera House with husband Kanye West, who held his own with his fashionable wife. In between kissing his wife of three months, Yeezus looked dapper in a navy tuxedo with black trim and a low-cut black T-shirt.

Kardashian seems to be enamored with the fitted top as she wore the same one to the Made in America festival on Aug. 31. However, for that outing to see her husband perform, she wore a matching fitted leather pencil skirt.
