Justin Bieber can't seem to keep himself out of trouble.

Justin Bieber is in trouble with the law again.

Bieber, 20, was arrested on Friday, August 29, in Canada when an accident involving an ATV and a mini-van turned into a physical altercation between the driver of the ATV and an occupant in the mini-van, Ontario Provincial Police spokesman Kees Wijnands confirmed to ET.

Bieber was arrested and has been charged with two counts of criminal code offenses, dangerous driving and assault. He has since been released on a "promise to appear" and agreed to attend court in Stratford, Ontario Canada on September 29th.

Beiber was with his on-again/off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, 22, at the time.

"Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez' peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi," Bieber's legal team said in a statement to ET Tuesday. "This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Mr. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved."

On Sunday, Gomez posted a video on her Instagram of what appears to be her enjoying the scenery during a ride on an ATV.

Bieber and Gomez have reportedly been rekindling their romance in Bieber's hometown in Canada.

Bieber posted a pic of the two together on August 27, leading fans to speculate that the two are officially back together.

Kim Kardashian wore a jaw-dropping outfit to theGQ Men of the Year Awards on Sept. 2 in London. The reality star, 33, showed off her super-slim body in a high-waisted embellished sheer skirt with a front slit, paired with a black leather bustier bodysuit.

While the mom to North West, 14 months, stuck to her va-va-voom style, she switched things up from her go-to middle-parted straight hair. Instead, she showed off her shorter length with beachy waves in a side part.

Kardashian attended the event at the Royal Opera House with husband Kanye West, who held his own with his fashionable wife. In between kissing his wife of three months, Yeezus looked dapper in a navy tuxedo with black trim and a low-cut black T-shirt.

Kardashian seems to be enamored with the fitted top as she wore the same one to the Made in America festival on Aug. 31. However, for that outing to see her husband perform, she wore a matching fitted leather pencil skirt.

YANGON: A Myanmar beauty queen dethroned for alleged misconduct has said she would only return her crown if South Korean pageant organisers apologised – and denied accepting free breast implants.

May Myat Noe, 16, was training to become a K-pop star in South Korea after winning the Seoul-based Miss Asia Pacific World beauty pageant in May.

But last week, the event organisers stripped her of the title for alleged dishonesty. They accused her of absconding with the pricey crown as well as the US$10,000 (RM31,590) breast implants, which they said they had funded to enhance May’s budding singing career.

The beauty queen hit back yesterday and demanded an apology from the organisers.

“It is natural for me to feel that an apology should be demanded to rectify the damage they have done to the integrity of my country,” she told a packed press conference in Yangon.

“I will return the crown only when they apologise to Myanmar, for the dignity of our country.”

May also denied accepting free breast implants.

“I was put under duress to undergo head-to-toe cosmetic surgery which I refused... I didn’t have breast implants, but I don’t want to go into details to preserve my dignity,” she said.

Event organisers last week accused the teen of being hard to manage, saying her behaviour had left them “very angry”.

“She lied a lot to us about many things. Our past queens also complained – because of her, their reputations will suffer,” event spokesman David Kim said.

Myanmar women are eyeing success in international beauty pageants as the country opens up after decades of military rule.

Despite undergoing sweeping political and social reforms, Myanmar remains a deeply conservative nation.

However, new fashions and overseas products are creeping steadily into the once cloistered nation, supported by a proliferation of magazines for young consumers and an increasingly vibrant pop culture.

Last year, a US-educated business graduate was selected as the first Miss Universe contestant to represent Myanmar in more than 50 years. — AFP

Kim Kardashian West picked up the GQ Woman of the year award last night (02.09.14) and immediately dedicated the accolade to her husband Kanye West for making her feel like a woman of the year ''every day''.

The reality TV star took to the stage at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London to insist the rapper was the reason she had won the accolade because he makes her feel so special every day of her life, but she was less than impressed with magazine Editor Dylan Jones forgetting the ''West'' in her name.

Upon accepting her prize, she told the star-studded audience: ''It's Kim Kardashian West.''

She continued: ''I want to thank GQ for making me Woman of the Year, and my husband for making me feel like woman of the year every day.''

Kim and Kanye flew into the UK yesterday ahead of the ceremony at the Royal Opera House in London's Covent Garden, and they certainly made the most of their time together without 14-month-old daughter North West as they couldn't keep their hands off each other at the event.

While Kim was the only winner on the night, there was plenty for the male stars to celebrate includingBenedict Cumberbatch, who took home the Actor of the Year award.

The star was presented with his prize by his 'The Fifth Estate' co-star Dan Stevens, who described him as a ''b**ch ****'' on stage.

Dan's comments were part of an expletive-filled ceremony, which also saw Cara Delevingne, who presented Pharrell Williams with Solo Artist of the Year award, turn the air blue when she joked: ''Someone told me you're not meant to swear in lace, that's a f***ing lie''.

Lewis Hamilton was awarded with the Sportsman of the Year accolade and Van Morrison won the Legend gong.

Bradley Cooper was on hand to present Jonah Hill with the International Man of the Year prize, while Colin Firth, Iggy Pop and Liam Neeson took home respective Leading Man of the Year, Icon and Editor's Special awards.

New 'Doctor Who' star Peter Capaldi won TV Personality of the Year and 1980s British rockers New Order took home the Inspiration accolade.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair made a rare public appearance at a celeb bash to pick up his Philanthropist of the Year prize.
