Justin Bieber can't seem to keep himself out of trouble.

Justin Bieber is in trouble with the law again.

Bieber, 20, was arrested on Friday, August 29, in Canada when an accident involving an ATV and a mini-van turned into a physical altercation between the driver of the ATV and an occupant in the mini-van, Ontario Provincial Police spokesman Kees Wijnands confirmed to ET.

Bieber was arrested and has been charged with two counts of criminal code offenses, dangerous driving and assault. He has since been released on a "promise to appear" and agreed to attend court in Stratford, Ontario Canada on September 29th.

Beiber was with his on-again/off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, 22, at the time.

"Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez' peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi," Bieber's legal team said in a statement to ET Tuesday. "This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Mr. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved."

On Sunday, Gomez posted a video on her Instagram of what appears to be her enjoying the scenery during a ride on an ATV.

Bieber and Gomez have reportedly been rekindling their romance in Bieber's hometown in Canada.

Bieber posted a pic of the two together on August 27, leading fans to speculate that the two are officially back together.

Wes Welker has been suspended four games for violating the league's PED policy. Welker responded to the suspension Tuesday night in an email to the Denver Post.

Wes Welker responded to his suspension Tuesday, denying the use of performance-enhancing drugs or any drugs at all.

"I wouldn't have any idea where to get a Molly or what a Molly is," Welker said, in response to a report by PFT that the receiver took the recreational drug at the Kentucky Derby. "That's a joke. I don't do marijuana, I don't do drugs. I don't do any drugs."

Here are Wes Welker's comments to the Denver Post in full, excerpted (sic) below.

"I'm as shocked as everyone at todays news," Welker said in an e-mail to The Denver Post. "I want to make one thing abundantly clear: I would NEVER knowingly take a substance to gain a competitive advantage in any way. Anyone who has ever played a down with me, lifted a weight with me, even eaten a meal with me, knows that I focus purely on what I put in my body and on the hard work I put in year round to perform at the highest levels year-in and year-out. [...]

"I have never been concerned with the leagues performance enhancing or drug abuse policies because under no scenario would they ever apply to me, but I now know, that (drug-policy procedures) are clearly flawed, and I will do everything in my power to ensure they are corrected, so other individuals and teams aren't negatively affected so rashly like this. [...]"

Welker went on to thank Broncos fans for their support and mentioned winning a title for Broncos owner Pat Bowlen as one of his goals this season.

A deeply disturbing survey reveals how severe the retirement crisis in the U.S. truly is.

Those 50 and older have got a lot of catching up to do if they want to have a comfortable quality of life due to their retirement savings.

A survey released by Bankrate.com, a financial research firm, shows 26 percent of those who are age 50 to 64 have saved nothing for retirement. Some 14 percent of those 65 and older have nothing saved as well. The survey doesn't address how much people in those age groups have saved, but it's not expected to be enough for retirement, says Greg McBride, chief financial analyst of Bankrate.com.

"I'm very worried," McBride says. "I'm worried about every age bracket in their own way and I'm worried those 50 and up who haven't started saving or haven't saved enough. I worry about those under age 50 who have a greater burden for retirement savings and either aren't saving or aren't saving enough."

What has McBride so concerned about retirement savings is that lifespans have gotten longer and healthcare costs have gotten higher.

"Those in that age group, some still have pensions that they can fall back on and that's helpful," McBride says. "Younger generations don't have that to the same extent. Personal savings is going to have to fill a big gap to cover expenses in retirement. The other thing is long-term unemployment has been particularly concentrated among adults over age 50. The notion of just working forever is not a viable retirement savings plan because you don't control your own destiny."

As for how much should that group save, McBride says there's no easy answer to that question. He says you just have to save more, and you have to start today. The amount needed depends on how you have now and what lifestyle you want, he says. That's an individual calculation.

McBride suggests people automate the process and make sure you pay yourself first so your retirement savings happen without you having to think about it. Whether that's a payroll deduction or workplace retirement savings plan or a contribution to your IRA from a checking account, it's important to start that immediately, he says.

"You have to save as much as you can," McBride says. "You have to save until it hurts. Either give it up now or give it up later. Another way to say it is either give it up now or give up a lot more later."

Among those age 50 to 64 that have started saving, there's an even split between those who started saving in their 20s and 30s. McBride says that's good news because it's better than the generation that preceded them. Those 65 and older who started saving-- it was pretty evenly spread in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. They were just as likely to waited until their 40s to start saving as they were to have started in their 20s, he says.

"Those age 50 to 64 that have started saving were most likely to have started in their 20s and 30s," McBride says. "They have a couple of decades now where they have been putting money away and having that money compound. That bodes very well for their future and also they started saving for their retirement earlier than the generation that proceeded them."

Among those under age 50 and going down to age 30, one third of them have not started to save, which McBride says is troubling. For those in that group who have started to save, however, it overwhelmingly in their 20s when they started.

"Those who started in their 20s outweighed those who started in their 30s by a two-to-one margin," McBride says. "That's very good news. That's the generation where it's really evident that they started to save earlier."

McBride says the burden for retirement savings is increasingly on us as individuals and each successive generation has a greater retirement burden than the one that preceded it. He says he thinks that message has definitely gotten through.

"One of the pieces of evidence as we start moving down the generations, there's a tendency to start saving for retirement earlier than the age bracket that proceeded them," McBride says. "They have to be living under a rock not to know lifespans are getting longer, healthcare costs are going up and pensions are sharply decreased in availability, particularly for younger adults. And the future of Social Security is very uncertain. Social Security is not enough and it certainly won't be enough for the generations that are still a couple of decades away from retirement."

The reality TV star took to the stage at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London to insist the rapper was the reason she had won the accolade because he makes her feel so special every day of her life, but she was less than impressed with magazine Editor Dylan Jones forgetting the ''West'' in her name.

Upon accepting her prize, she told the star-studded audience: ''It's Kim Kardashian West.''

She continued: ''I want to thank GQ for making me Woman of the Year, and my husband for making me feel like woman of the year every day.''

Kim and Kanye flew into the UK yesterday ahead of the ceremony at the Royal Opera House in London's Covent Garden, and they certainly made the most of their time together without 14-month-old daughter North West as they couldn't keep their hands off each other at the event.

While Kim was the only winner on the night, there was plenty for the male stars to celebrate includingBenedict Cumberbatch, who took home the Actor of the Year award.

The star was presented with his prize by his 'The Fifth Estate' co-star Dan Stevens, who described him as a ''b**ch ****'' on stage.

Dan's comments were part of an expletive-filled ceremony, which also saw Cara Delevingne, who presented Pharrell Williams with Solo Artist of the Year award, turn the air blue when she joked: ''Someone told me you're not meant to swear in lace, that's a f***ing lie''.

Lewis Hamilton was awarded with the Sportsman of the Year accolade and Van Morrison won the Legend gong.

Bradley Cooper was on hand to present Jonah Hill with the International Man of the Year prize, while Colin Firth, Iggy Pop and Liam Neeson took home respective Leading Man of the Year, Icon and Editor's Special awards.

New 'Doctor Who' star Peter Capaldi won TV Personality of the Year and 1980s British rockers New Order took home the Inspiration accolade.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair made a rare public appearance at a celeb bash to pick up his Philanthropist of the Year prize.
